Who we are
Minha Mídia is a system for showing content on the TVs and monitors of small businesses, controlled from a phone or computer.
What we record
Account: name, email, phone, country and the billing details you provide (CPF in Brazil; company and address outside Brazil).
Use of the site, dashboard and apps: pages and screens opened, buttons clicked, which fields were filled in (never what you typed), actions taken (for example, uploading media or pairing a screen) and errors.
Network: IP address, approximate city and state (from the IP, never your street address), internet provider, device type and browser.
Screens (Play Box, Play Web and Play Desktop): IP, approximate city, provider, last connection time and network changes.
We never record passwords, confirmation codes or card details. Payments go straight to Pagar.me (Pix) or Stripe (card).
Why we use it
To improve your experience, understand and fix errors, provide support, bill the subscription and protect the system against misuse.
Cookies
If you accept cookies, we keep an identifier on your device to link one visit to the next.
If you decline, your visit shows up as anonymous and the identifier only lasts while the tab is open. The access record (IP, date and time) is still kept, as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014).
How long
Usage records are kept for 12 months. IP addresses are deleted after 6 months. Account data is kept while the account exists.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. It stays on our servers. The approximate city is calculated on our own server (DB-IP database). Pagar.me and Stripe only receive what the payment needs.
Your rights (LGPD)
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and change your cookie choice at any time, through the channels on the Support page.
